JUST Coforlin HTO plate system. Through proximal tibial osteotomy, the forceline was transferred from the worn medial compartment to the relatively normallateral compartment, which delayed the destruction of the medial compartment,prolonged the service life of the knee joint, and postponed or avoided kneereplacement.

Indications

• The age of patient <65 yeas old (female <60 years old)

• The movement degrees of knee joint were normal (flexion >100°)

• Only for medial compartment osteoarthritis*Flexion contractures deformities <15°, varus deformity of tibial >5°

• Medial proximal tibialangle, MPTA <85

• The lateral cartilage and meniscus function normally

• Ligament exists, no joint instability

Design philosophy

① Four locking screws in the plate head maintain stability.

② Pure titanium material ensures high strength and modulus of elasticity, 3.0mm thickness and the non-porous area on the osteotomy plane ensure highstrength.

③ Long shaft portion evenly transmits the occurring forces into the tibial shaft.

④ The model is divided into left and right. The head of the bone plate is tilted tomatch its anatomical shape.

⑤ Pretensioning of the plate allows compression of the lateral hinge.
